Peace of mind from anywhere
You don’t have to be at home to answer the front door with the Ring video doorbell. Using the Ring app, you can get notifications whenever anyone rings the bell – or if one of the motion sensors is triggered. Improved WiFi connectivity in the the latest version means you get alerted quicker than ever before. The camera has a 160º field of vision to capture a wide view of your doorstep. And there are the infrared night-vision sensors that enable you to monitor what’s going on outside whether it’s midday or midnight.
Security that gives you convenience
The Ring doorbell has a two-way microphone, so you can talk directly to delivery drivers or visitors through your phone, tablet or computer. There are also adjustable motion sensors to hone in on key areas outside. Turn on the new near motion zone feature to only receive alerts when somebody’s on your doorstep. It’s ideal if you live near a busy road, as you won’t be notified whenever people or cars pass by. Through the app you can view live footage of anything that’s happening on your doorstep. And because the Ring doorbell has an HD video camera, the images and audio it captures are crystal clear, day or night.
Easy to manage and install
Using the app, you can manage your security from inside your home… or in fact, anywhere in the world! The Ring doorbell is also quick and easy to install. You can use an existing doorbell connection or go wireless with its rechargeable battery. And because it’s a quick- release battery, you don’t have to worry about compromising on your security while the doorbell is charging. If you’re upgrading to the Ring Video Doorbell 3, you can use the same USB charging cable you had for the Ring Video Doorbell 2. And everything you need is in the pack to mount and fit your new doorbell.
Get the most out of your Ring Video Doorbell 2 with the Ring Chime. It alerts you when somebody’s at the door, so you’ll still receive notifications if you don’t have your phone nearby. There are also different alerts to notify you depending on whether somebody has rung the doorbell or triggered a motion sensor. Use the Ring app to select an alert tone. Or set to Do Not Disturb mode when you want some peace and quiet.
